Each person taking the Full Course will receive one to four Trainee Hands-On instruction during their 192-Hour Program. After the five weeks of lessons, you should possess the basic knowledge and experience need to be confident in the Dog Grooming Profession. Pet Grooming Metropolis is a fully functional Dog Grooming Salon. We have a very kind clientele who allow our trainee to practice with their family pets. This will give our trainee First-Hand knowledge of what a commercial Grooming Business. Also, all trainees will receive all course Lessons and Special Command in each video to take Home. Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice for Grooming or DayCare appointment cancellations is required. For appointments cancelled less than 24 hours and for no shows, a charge of 50% of the Grooming or DayCare cost will be applied**. Voicemails left after store hours are considered “same day” cancellation. We do not take groom bookings, changes or cancellations by email or social media. You can do cancellations by Members Chat, Phone (647) 886-6312 - (905) 508-1070 or Messenger Only. Please note that to Yuppy Puppy Spa. We are strict with our policy. Reserves the right to charge 50% of the groom's cost for a missed appointment or last-minute cancellations. This cost will either be added to the next appointment scheduled or charged to a provided credit card number. **Cancelling the day of and/or not showing up costs the groomer or worker their income 5%. Not showing up for booked appointments or last-minute cancellations equal us losing out on the ability to accommodate other customers but the groomer losing income. All the Groomer's wages are commission-based.
